Reservation Fee

At The Houston Imagery Studio, every portrait experience is carefully planned to give you the dedicated attention, styling, and artistry you deserve. To secure your session date and studio time at our Houston photo studio, we require a $50 reservation fee.

Why We Require a Reservation Fee
This fee ensures your time with our portrait photographers in Houston is set aside exclusively for you. It covers wardrobe planning and styling, studio preparation and coordination, and 60–90 minutes of dedicated appointment time in our luxury studio.

Applied Toward Your Artwork
The $50 reservation fee is fully credited toward your chosen artwork or print order after your session. Nothing is lost; everything goes toward creating your stunning fine art portraits.

Important Details
The reservation fee does not include artwork, digital images, or printed products. All wall art, albums, collections, and digital files are purchased separately. Pricing and options are presented during your private cinematic reveal and ordering appointment.

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy
If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled session or do not attend, the reservation fee will be forfeited. A $100 rebooking fee will be required to secure a new date.
