Reservation Fee

To ensure every portrait experience receives the dedicated attention and thoughtful preparation it deserves, a $50 reservation fee is required to reserve your session date and studio time.

This reservation fee serves two important purposes:

It guarantees your session slot is held exclusively for you, covering our team’s time, wardrobe planning, and studio coordination.
It is fully applied as a credit toward your artwork or print order after your session—so nothing is lost, and everything goes toward creating the portraits you’ll treasure for a lifetime.

Please note: The reservation fee does not include digital files or printed products. All artwork and collections are purchased separately. See below for options and starting prices.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled appointment or do not attend, the reservation fee will be forfeited. A $100 rebooking fee will apply to secure a new date.

Because we block off 60 to 90 minutes for each appointment, this $50 reservation fee also serves as a confirmation of your commitment, helping us provide the most personalized and seamless experience for every client.
